High West has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From JR designing our new sunroom, to Nick managing the project and keeping us informed to Kyle who did an amazing job installing and finishing the job.

The work we had done includes:

Demo of existing deck and sunroom, installation of three new exterior doors, pour a new concrete patio, install a French drain, and install siding. We will definitely be calling them back next year to install a new deck and possibly a new front door. As the pandemic changed our lives we were concerned that our project would be cancelled, however, the communication from High West was amazing and they worked hard to keep us up to date and aware of the activity. Also the payment plan was performance based so we felt comfortable based on the plan and didn’t lose sleep by paying a lot of money up front. On a particular note we would like to thank Kyle who was our main installer. Everything he did was done with such craftsmanship and attention to detail that we have not experienced before. As well, we would like to thank Nick for working hard to work within our schedule and keep us informed. We will be calling High West for future home improvements!

We love our new sunroom. High West did a real nice job. They’re all friendly folk and really easy to work with. The workmanship is excellent! Very good communication! When we had to wait for custom materials from the factory, and when weather delayed work, we understood because those schedule risks had already been explained in detail before the project started, and they updated us regularly so we knew where we were at and what to expect.

We originally contacted High West to help us do a partial residing of our house due to hail damage They worked hard to find a match for our old siding but in the end we found out it was discontinued. We decided to reside the entire house, and JR our design/salesperson came up with a fabulous design to bring our dated bi-level house into the 21st century. Everyone who has seen it raves how good it looks! The installation crew were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail, down to clean up every night. I contracted High West in 2017 to build my sun room and they did a great job! It took a lot longer than expected (perhaps this is normal when you have something built?), but I was very happy with the results. It is now my favorite room in the house! I will admit that sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you, but they always follow through.
Recently one of the glass panels in my folding door shattered and Sebastian and Kyle came to replace it, they did an amazing job! Looks just like it did when they first installed it. They even made some small adjustments so the door is working even better now. Thanks guys????

JR and his team at High West Windows are personable, professional and precise. They pay attention to every detail and get the job done right. Sebastian and Cody were prompt, clean and hard workers. We had 22 windows installed, two sliding doors, and one set of French doors. They were fun to work with and we will hire them in the future. We are so happy with our new windows and the craftsmanship demonstrated by the team. Every morning we sit in our breakfast nook, with our new French doors open onto the deck, and enjoy the wildlife and flowers.

We contracted High West’s services to have a new sunroom installed on our home early in 2016. The finished result turned out exactly how we wanted. The process did take a couple months longer after making some changes to our initial design, but it was worth it in the end. Perfect installation team! We had a few hiccups with delivering and some design issues but the installation guys and PM worked it out and every issue was resolved with great results. The crew went the extra mile in clean-up and keeping the site clean when they left in the evening. As a Home inspector and being in the building industry for a few decades I know how construction works. I was expecting to be disappointment and get the typical contractor “run around” but that is not what happened. The installation and their PM bent over backwards with a focus on quality and making their client happy! It was great working with this team of experts!

We are pleased with our new sunroom. First-rate workmanship, first-class service- polite, professional, responsive, knowledgeable. We were provided a schedule up front and informed/warned that once High West ordered the TEMO sunroom material/kit from the factory in New York we would be at the mercy of the factory’s backlog as far as the waiting time for it to ship. Unfortunately TEMO was experiencing higher order volume and we had quite a wait, but we had been informed ahead of time about this and the fact that this time period in the schedule was outside the control of High West. Likewise we were informed that other projects ahead of ours, and weather affecting other projects ahead of ours as well as ours, could also add delay. Other than that, High West worked promptly thru all of the many steps required before the first shovelful of dirt could be dug. Throughout the project everyone was polite, professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

What began as a nightmare came with very happy ending. We needed siding and got bids from several companies. We decided to go with High West after spending time with one of their previous clients. The siding on her house looked good and she was quite complimentary of service she had received from the company. High West hired a subcontractor to do our job, and they assured us he was one of their best. For over a month, the man leisurely worked solo on the project.

Examining the job in progress, we had reservations about the quality of workmanship we were receiving, but we were assured that it would all look great when it was done. When he left, there were patches tacked over cracked trim, panels misaligned and numerous gaps smeared with putty. That’s not how I remembered the reference house looking, so we wanted to take another look. We called J.R., one of the company owners who sold us the project and asked for her phone number. He wondered what was wrong. We told him, and when he returned from New York a few days later, he came out for a look. He was not happy and promised to make it right. Instead of sending someone out to patch things up, J.R. personally came out. Sweating in the height of summer heat, he and a pair of assistants completely tore off all the old siding and redid the entire job.

The house, now totally redone, looks great. Although it took several long months to do, undo and get redone, we’re happy with the final siding job. I love that we didn’t have to scream, yell or threaten High West to get them to make things right. They said the subcontractor’s work was not up to their standards, and instead of simply trying to patch things up, they redid the entire job. It’s rare to find a company with that level of quality commitment. And by the way, that original subcontractor no longer does work for them.

After research and actually talking and viewing other dealer products, High West easily beat them all. We live in Woodmoor where the Home Owners Association does not allow steel siding. JR told us the benefits of steel siding and we absolutely loved the color, look and texture of steel. We asked the HOA for an exception to the steel siding rule. JR accompanied us to the HOA meeting and convinced the board steel was good for Woodmoor. They agreed! Woodmoor is now allowing steel siding because of the great efforts of JR Little. Our home has many angles and irregular areas. The detail High West achieved really helped to “pop” these areas. JR, J.T., Darren, Cody and Jonny are true artists! The transformation of our home by High West is amazing. Not only is our home beautiful, we’ve also seen a reduction in our heating and cooling bills. You will not be disappointed in High West!

It was a difficult job re: access and removal of 8 15’ high single pane rattling glass panels(!) and they were equipped for it. High West Siding and Windows saved the steel siding on our house after a previous company totally bungled it up. We were so impressed with the knowledge and patience of the salesman JR, they came through with everything he said they would. I can’t say enough good things about the installers, JT and Nick (and their crew). Their skill level and professionalism was top notch and since our house was built in 1950 and had settled here, there and everywhere, installing the siding was challenging at best. They did a fabulous job! Everyone we dealt with at this company was friendly, polite and skilled at their job. Our house siding looks so beautiful and it has definitely added to the inside comfort as well. We love this company!

PROFESSIONAL, PRICE COMPETITIVE, BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP! High West Siding and Windows were GREAT to work with. J.R. and the crew are true professionals. We had a big job 40+ windows. On top of that we have custom plantation shutters which the High West team saved and re-installed. We got multiple bids for the job and every other contractor said they could not save the shutters. High West re-installed the shutters and custom built molding in some cases where we made a change to the configuration. The work is perfect!
