Responsibilities Include: 

 

  • Intake and Processing Buyer Agreements 
  • Product Information Submittal to Building Departments, Suppliers, and Manufacturers 
  • Project Scheduling and Logistics 
  • Customer Relations Manager Data Entry 
  • Direct Daily Communication with Clients and Staff 
  • Use QuickBooks for Project Set Up, and to issue Company Checks and Buyer Invoices 
  • General Administrative Duties 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Previous Production Administrative Experience (two years minimum in the building trades or similar) 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Background Check 
  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • Computer/iPad Knowledge and Use 
  • Clear and Concise Communication Skills 
  • Aptitude for Organization 
  • Efficient Time Management 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Programs 
  • QuickBooks Knowledge Preferred
